Guarantee and Return

• At ContactLensesWeb.com we guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order.
  
  
• Each lens will arrive sealed in manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded.
  
  
• Only Unopened boxes or glass vials of lenses can be returned for a refund within 30 days of order excluding shipping and handling charges.
  
  
• Opened products can be returned only if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, with which you have been wearing without problems, and you feel that the lens is defective in some way. Please have a copy of your prescription together with the questioned lens return to us. They will be returned to the manufacturer for examination.
  
  
• Misused or mishandled lens will not be replaced or returned.
  
  
• Please ensure that you only order replacement contact lenses which you have been authorized by your optometrist to wear.
  
  
• For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail.
  
  
• Should you wish to return your lenses, you must email return@contactlensesweb.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). In your return, a copy of your invoice must be included with the Return Merchandise Form.

* Wild Eyes special effect contacts and some special lenses, e.g. Custom Made Lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
